    Phoned up 6 different places to try to find a replacement headboard strut that I could collect in Southampton today. Finally phoned Rownhams Bed Centre who offered to see what they could do if i visited. They offered me 2 as new struts that they had lying around and only asked for a donation to RNLI. Considering I originally bought my bed elsewhere I was overwhelmed by this gesture. Great example of a superb and genuine local business!
